We are based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and serve Southeast Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Travel beyond this region may be available upon request.

We recommend booking as soon as you begin planning, especially if your wedding includes multiple events. Partial planning, many couples book 9-12 months in advance, while wedding weekend management and coordination are typically booked 6-8 months prior.

We also plan and coordinate wedding-related events such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches. These services may be booked individually or as part of a planning package.

Each package includes a specific number of wedding weekend events. Additional events can always be added as an a la carte service. We’ll review everything together during your consultation to ensure the right level of support.

Yes. Every wedding weekend is unique, and we’re happy to customize service based on your needs, timeline, and event scope.

Absolutely. We collaborate with your existing vendors and act as the primary point of contact leading up to and during your wedding weekend. If you’re still building your vendor team, we’re happy to provide trusted recommendations.

Yes. All planning packages include on-site coordination on the wedding day. Depending on your packages, we may also be present for additional wedding weekend events.

We intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on to ensure each couple receives focused attention and a high-quality planning experience.

A non-refundable retainer and signed planning agreement are required to officially reserve your date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
